Farewatch

For ARC/IATA travel agencies

Every booking watched. Every drop caught.

Farewatch monitors your entire portfolio of PNRs daily. When a fare drops on a flexible ticket, we verify eligibility automatically and surface the opportunity for your agent to approve and reissue in your GDS: no spreadsheets, no manual repricing runs.

How it works

01

Import your bookings

Add PNRs manually or upload a CSV. Farewatch reads the itinerary, fare paid, cabin class and ticket date. No GDS API integration required to start.

02

We monitor every fare, every day

Each active booking is repriced daily against the same itinerary. Farewatch checks eligibility rules (ticket flexibility, change fees, flown segments) before surfacing anything.

03

Your agents approve and reissue

When a qualifying drop is found, you see the net saving, the current fare, and a checklist. One click to approve. Your agent reissues in their GDS. Full audit log for every action.

The agent view

Your opportunity queue, ranked by net saving.

Agents see what is claimable today and nothing else. Approve or dismiss with a reason. Every decision lands in the audit log.

Agents never see a fare drop that failed an eligibility check, only the reason it was filtered out.

What is included

Whole-portfolio monitoring

Every ticketed booking, not a sampled handful. Watches on the same flight share one price check, so adding bookings on routes you already cover costs nothing extra.

Manual and CSV import

Add bookings one at a time or bulk-import up to 200 PNRs at once.

Eligibility engine

Like-for-like checks, change-fee offset, flown-segment detection: automated before anything reaches your agents.

Opportunity queue

Agents see net savings ranked highest first. Approve or dismiss with a reason. Nothing slips through.

Immutable audit log

Every fare check, every agent action, every claim filed: append-only and timestamped. Your documentation in a dispute.

Role-based access

Admin, agent, and viewer roles. Admins configure; agents act; viewers report. Principle of least privilege built in.

ROI calculator

Work out what a portfolio like yours is worth.

Every input below is yours to set. Farewatch does not publish drop rates or averages, so the defaults are neutral starting points, not claims. Put your own numbers in.

Your assumptions

Drag to your own experience. Nothing here is a Farewatch estimate.

The fee your agency already charges to reissue a ticket.

Farewatch charges the agency a flat £650/month. There is no success fee on the agency plan: the recovered value goes to your client as airline credit, and the reissue fee is yours.

On your numbers, per month

Qualifying drops found 24
Credit recovered for your clients £3,600
Your reissue fee income £840
Farewatch subscription −£650
Net each month £190
Net over twelve months £2,280

An arithmetic model of your own inputs, not a forecast. What any ticket can recover depends on its own fare rules, and many recover nothing at all.

Security and audit

Built to be defensible.

Your compliance team will ask three things: what data you hold, who can act on it, and what you can prove afterwards. Here are the answers.

Looking up the glass facade of a corporate tower
No airline or GDS credentials
Farewatch works from what is already on the ticket: itinerary, fare paid, cabin class, ticket date. It holds no airline password, and there is nowhere in the system to put one. Your agents reissue in their own GDS, under their own credentials.
Append-only audit log
Every price check, eligibility decision, approval, dismissal and claim is written once, timestamped, and never edited or deleted. Export the log for any date range when a client or an airline queries a reissue.
Least privilege by role
Admins configure the account and manage users. Agents act on the queue. Viewers report and can approve nothing. Each action in the log carries the user who took it.
Nothing is filed automatically
A qualifying drop produces a prepared claim and a notification. An agent approves it before anything reaches the airline, and the reason for a dismissal is captured too.
Independent of the airlines
Farewatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for any airline. It reads published fare rules and tells you when they work in your client's favour.

Watching your own flight instead?

Individual travellers pay £10/month with the first week free, plus a 10% success fee on anything recovered above £100. The first £100 is always yours, and recoveries of £100 or less carry no fee at all.

What happens when nothing is recovered?

Plenty of tickets never drop, and plenty of fare rules exclude a rebook. You still see every check in the log, and the eligibility reason for anything filtered out. The agency subscription is a flat fee, so a quiet month costs you no more than a busy one.
